REVG – "Kerpen 911" outdoor advertising campaign

The stronger the message, the greater the impact.

Rhein-Erft-Verkehrsgesellschaft (REVG) commissioned hoffmeister & partner to conduct an outdoor advertising campaign for the launch of its new bus line in the town of Kerpen outside Cologne. The primary objective of the campaign was to attract attention to the convenient transport links that the new bus line was creating.

Along with media planning and media booking, hoffmeister & partner’s services mainly included the creative direction, copywriting and graphic design of large billboards and other outdoor posters. REVG’s web presence was also incorporated into the marketing mix. Proof of the campaign’s success is that over 4,000 downloads of the mini timetable were downloaded in the first four weeks and that the bus line’s passenger load factor exceeded all expectations.
